Students Determine Schedule!

       Schedules are based on students availability, therefore, you the student make up your own schedule.  Since each session is only 15 minutes, there are no homework or assignments, students are free to engage in the program at their leisure.  Students can postpone sessions, however, making and breaking an appointment comes with its own set of consequences.  

       In the event that a student is not feeling well and need to postpone a training session, he or she must give at least 48 hours notice before cancelling or postponing a session.  Cancellation or postponing a session within less than 48 hour is considered an emergency and points will be deducted from the 10 emergencies that are allowed during the entire course.

       For example, students are allowed 2 emergencies at most.  Meaning that if you miss 10 schedule sessions you will be forgiven for those sessions.  After missing 2 scheduled sessions the student will be penalized 4 sessions for every missed sessions.  It is your best interest not to miss any sessions and to only schedule training sessions that you are confident that you are able to attend.  Use your emergencies with caution so that you will not miss out on the number of training sessions you actually paid for.

       Late sessions are also penalized, which means if the student is more than 5 minutes late for a session, not only will that session be cancelled but it will also be considered a missed session.  Each session is tailored for 15 minutes which is ample time to introduce and repeat and explain terminologies, procedures and examples.  But note that 10 minutes or less is not sufficient enough to cover most materials.
